This is a cosplay of Ahsoka Tano I built in 2017-2018.
I sewed the dress, leggings, arm bands and glove liners, using original or modified patterns. I made the bracers and boot spats from wet formed veg-tan leather. The belt and purple tabard are made of EVA foam. I made the patterns for these pieces as well. The silver belt buckle and the gold buckles on the bracers and spats are resin casts, for which I made silicone molds and CNC cut MDF mold masters. The headpiece is made of expanding foam and lycra filled with polyester stuffing, which were all covered with latex and then painted.
